Cooking breakfast recipe

Recipe #1 EGGS BENEDICT
5 eggs

half cube butter

1 large english muffin

2 slices of ham of your choice

squeeze of lemon

salt

dash of ceyanne pepper or tabasco sauce

spinach

heavy whipping cream

onions

preperation:

separate 3 egg yolks and whip them in a bowl mix with lemon, salt, and ceyanne

poche 2 eggs

heat half cube butter in sauce pan

sautee onions

add cream and spinach to onions and let simmer 4 muinnettes

slowly stir in egg yolk mixture into melted butter and stir over low heat for 3 muinetts.

place 1 peice of cooked ham on both toasted pieces of the english muffin, top with, poched egg, spinach mixture and top with the butter and egg mixture (holinday sauce)

serve immediatly and ejoy.

Recipe #2 BEACH BOY NICK SANDWICH

1 whole bagle

cream cheese

salt and pepper

tomato slices

2 pieces of ham of your choice

dash of garlic salt

dash of parsley

Preperation:

toast bagle

cook ham slices to brown

spread cream cheese on bagle

sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic salt, and parsley mixture on to bagle

put ham on bagle

and top with tomato

enjoy.
